Good Afternoon Neighbors,
As Thanksgiving week draws to a close, we hope you are still enjoying the glow of treasured time spent around good food with those you love. November was a busy month--here are just give a few highlights:
Sunday, November 2, we had our Fall Gathering at the gorgeous home and backyard of Becky Burgett. Thank you Becky for your gracious hospitality. It was a great turnout with a fun food truck. Photos are attached.
This gathering was led by a Host Committee: Jane & Leon Backes, Elizabeth Barnwell & Brennan Meier, Urvi & Nadeem Dalal, Pam and Steven Pluss, Lauren & Brady Scott and Heidi & Cole Snadon. Their organization and attention to detail made the event fun & festive. Thank these folks if you see them for volunteering to host us all!
Edgemere Crime, we had a DWI and car window smashed, all within the same week.
As the holidays approach, please remember to:
LOCK all vehicles (alert guests to do the same) and exterior doors. Should an incident occur, call the Patrol cell (214-232-3242) or leave a message. They will follow up. If officers are not on duty, dial 911. Our officers vary Patrol hours on occasion to have police presence at all hours. Even though we are not a 24/7 patrolled area, we want the impression that we are.
Don't drink and drive--take an UBER and keep everyone safe.
